Salary: £16,863 - £20,717 per annum

The Consumer Council is the leading consumer body for Northern Ireland. Our key aim is to make the consumer voice heard and make it count. Your skills will be used in a challenging, motivating and rewarding environment.
We are looking for someone who will work within our consumer support team to respond to complaints and enquiries as well as support campaigns and contribute to research.
A full list of criteria is available with our application pack but in the first instance you must be educated to degree standard, or equivalent, and have a minimum of one year’s relevant experience in a customer facing role; OR have three A level passes or equivalent, in separate subjects, and have a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in a customer facing role; OR have a minimum of five GCSE’s/O levels at grade C or above in five subjects including English and Maths and five years’ relevant experience in a customer facing role.
