RNID is the largest charity working to change the world for the UK’s 9 million deaf and hard of hearing people. We do this by campaigning and lobbying, with the help of our members, raising awareness of deafness and hearing loss, providing services through social, medical and technical research.
You will recruit and support volunteers, particularly deaf and hard of hearing volunteers, to help us with our outreach activities in the area. You will assist in promoting and developing our services for deaf and hard of hearing people as well as giving talks and presentations to groups. Friendly, approachable and well organised, you will have experience of recruiting and working directly with volunteers as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
