Team Leader - EverybodyOnline, Northern Ireland

Citizens Online is a UK wide charity that improves the life chances and opportunities for disadvantaged members of society by promoting the benefits of using information and communication technology (ICT). We are now looking for a Team Leader to manage the highly successful EverybodyOnline project that was launched across Northern Ireland in early 2007

This role requires a dynamic individual who will provide strong leadership and management support to a team of five project officers involved in the delivery of the digital inclusion strategy for NI. This is not a technical post and the successful candidate, reporting directly to the UK Director of Projects, will demonstrate the experience and ability to:

• Maintain existing and develop new relationships with key stakeholders across government, business and third sector
• Identify and secure additional resources
• Develop and deliver a marketing and PR campaign to showcase the work of the project
• Co-ordinate and develop a network of volunteers to support the project officers.
• Create a business plan for the longer term sustainability of the programme

Office base to be agreed – but regular travel across N Ireland and occasionally throughout the UK
