RNID is the largest charity working to change the world for the UK’s 9 million deaf and hard of hearing people. This role will assist the Director by managing new and existing projects for deaf and hard of hearing people in Northern Ireland and identifying opportunities for activity growth in relation to identified need.

Salary - £27,000 per annum

Your influence will be vital in forming key relationships with every stakeholder from external funders to service users. You will be the key player in ensuring that project milestones are reached and that projects are delivered on time, to budget and that they achieve their goals.

Whether you are from the public or voluntary sector, it is essential that you have proven project management experience. You will also have gained sound knowledge of funding streams and service provision such as social work services, health or employment. Just as important will be your ability to manage major budgets, build collaborative partnerships and push forward initiatives.
