The receptionist will work in a busy public office as part of a small and dedicated team providing an advice and information service to the general public.

Your role will be to act as OIAS’s first line contact with its clients, new users, external organisations and the public and to ensure that office records and procedures are maintained to the highest quality and continually improved.

Candidates will be required to demonstrate:

  1. a minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent or NVQ Level 2 in Administration
  2. 2 years' experience working in a public reception
  3. a minimum of 2 years' Admin/Office experience
  4. a recognised Level 2 typing qualification
  5. experience of using Microsoft Office; and
  6. excellent communication skills.
