The Senior Consumer Affairs Officers will play a key role in contributing to Consumer Council policy, carrying out research and promoting policies with consumers.
Applicants must have a degree or equivalent, together with two years’ relevant experience in full time employment, preferably working in a research or policy capacity.
You will demonstrate experience in policy development, research, report writing, gathering and analysing statistics, information campaigns and building relationships with external bodies.
