The Children and Young People Participation Worker will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the meaningful involvement of children and young people in the development of the family Support Project.
The successful applicant will bring a creative and fun approach to the task of promoting and extending the influence and participation of children and young people in the project planning anddecision making processes.
The proposed family support project aims to bring about lasting improvement in the lives of children and young people, particularly those who are disadvantaged, through both providing a range of additional services and enhancing existing services. The project will be based in the Lurgan and Brownlow area, and in addition, will coordinate new services for children and young people from black and minority ethnic communities throughout the Southern area.
