Do you have at least 2 years experience at management level of working in a residential setting with families?
Can you advocate on behalf of these families and support them while they move towards independent living?
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of policy implementation, budgetary application, staff supervision and scheduling, statutory knowledge relating to the homeless sector, familiarity with health and safety, equal opportunities and other key policies and legislation, particularly the Children NI Order (1995).
The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, bring new ideas and have a positive and energetic approach.
Salary NJC 33-36 £26,835.00
