The Donor Development Manager will be responsible for maximising net sustainable unrestricted giving from individuals to fund projects and generate long-term support for Age Concern Northern Ireland.

This is a new post and the successful applicant will play an exciting and pivotal role in helping to increase and protect this vital income stream.

Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

• Proven experience in Fundraising or other relevant Sales/Marketing, work to include:

1. Proven experience of Direct Marketing
2. Proven experience of working with marketing /fundraising content management systems/databases
3. Proven experience of building and maintaining client relationships

• Full current driving licence and access to a car for business purposes or access to a form of transport to meet the travel requirements of the post
• Flexible approach, as weekend and evening work may be required.
