Senior Counsellor – Full Time
Reference: CNI/SC/08/ 03
Salary Range: £27,416-£29,649

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Counsellor to join our multi-skilled team delivering Employee Assistance Programmes. You will contribute to the running and development of our forward thinking organisation by delivering an effective, ethical and competent service across a range of activities. You will manage a team of counsellors offering them support and guidance. You will also help implement new initiatives in line with organisational strategy to improve workplace health, well being and performance. You will be a qualified counsellor with BACP/ IACP membership (or equivalent) and have a caring, committed approach. We offer a great opportunity to develop your clinical practice and line management skills in a varied environment.
