Ark Housing is a registered housing association providing social housing for rent to those in housing need. An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced person to play a lead role in our dynamic management team. You will take the lead role in the delivery of high quality, comprehensive housing and support and homeless services.
Secondment Opportunity (Initially 2 years)
Salary Range NJC Scale PO1/PO2 34-38 £26,928 - £29,859 (Under Review)
This is a senior position within a small/medium sized housing association and the post holder shall work closely with the Director as a member of the Senior Management Team.
You will be responsible for the day to day operational delivery of the organisations housing and support services including the line management and supervision of staff.
You will have a representational role promoting a professional image of the association at all events, liaising with stakeholders, public and statutory agencies, partners, voluntary and community organisations, local councillors, MLA's and political parties.
A key responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of our services within a framework of continuous improvement and you will therefore be responsible for monitoring performance and our service standards.
You will be expected to have an understanding of financial accounting and budgeting processes and will influence policy development and the Associations strategic and business planning objectives.
The post holder will also act on behalf of the Association in respect of Equality and Diversity matters.
