Kilcranny House wishes to appoint a Community Liaison Worker.

The person appointed will have responsibility for the project’s work with local and residential groups and will assist in other aspects of the work of Kilcranny House. In particular s/he will be expected to assist with the Kilcranny House Schools Programme; develop and deliver focused programmes to local community groups and develop partnerships and sustain links with key organisations in the community.

Experience of group work and training is essential. An ability to demonstrate an understanding of community relations or community development work is essential. An understanding of the principles of non violence and consensus decision making is desirable.

Hours: 35 hours per week. Salary – £21,439.60.
