We are looking for an Advisor to join a dedicated team of Advice Workers.
You must have demonstrable experience in supporting individuals by giving advice and have an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of the benefits system, community care, housing and other issues affecting older people.
You will have excellent communication skills and experience in maintaining computerised information systems. Experience of providing advice over the telephone is also desirable.
Interviews: 22 September 2008.
