Salary: £20,895.00 pro rata plus 8% pension

Hours per Week: 25
Work pattern: 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday
Job Duties
To coordinate play/development programme’s for children with special needs, provide inclusive play and learning opportunities to 0-12 year olds, provide one-one play sessions to children with special needs, promotion of special needs awareness and best practice within the Blackie River Centre.

Requirements: Experience (Essential):
One year or more working as a Childcare Coordinator or Manager and has worked for at least 2 years with children with Special Needs.
Qualifications (Essential):
A Diploma/NVQ Level 4 in Early Years Practice or equivalent
Skills (Essential):
Ability to work as part of a team, good communication skills, commitment to the principles of Equal Opportunities and a working knowledge of child development, the new children’s order and health & safety policies.
