‘Call in Time’ is an award winning programme created in partnership by Help the Aged and Zurich.
Zurich employees volunteer to provide telephone support to older people at key moments of transition in their lives.
This position will give you a central role in extending the programme to Northern Ireland. You will work closely with the Zurich Community Trust to develop and deliver the Call in Time programme. You will develop new corporate and community partnerships and ensure that volunteers are effectively trained and supported. You will work in partnership with community and voluntary organisations to develop an integrated range of practical services which support independent living. This calls for a proven record within a community development setting, including experience of project management, partnership building and working with volunteers.
