These exciting posts will lead staff teams of counsellors. The role will involve recruiting, training and leading a team of counsellors to develop services to their target group of clients. As a Team Leader you will also represent Contact Youth on networks and be the local contact for our work, you will also be involved in training, feed into policy development and play a pivotal role in the development of innovative and exciting new services. All Team Leaders also carry a small counselling caseload.

If you have considerable experience of managing staff or volunteers in a community or a counselling based project and are an experienced counsellor with a minimum of 450 hours clinical experience we want to hear from you. Our Team Leader posts will be located throughout NI.

Initially Team Leaders for our telephone helpline service will be based in Belfast.
