2 SUPPORTED HOUSING PROJECT WORKERS

Salary: £20,295 - £21,654 with increments and pension at 4% of salary

These posts are funded by Supporting People Housing Executive
We are a progressive user – friendly organisation providing accommodation and support for vulnerable young people

The post holders will:

1. Be responsible for providing holistic support on a one to one basis for young people with a mild to moderate disability living in the Salisbury Project.
2. Work in a small team providing a range of services for disabled young people.
3. Be responsible for encouraging young people to get involved in the development of the Project.

Qualified Candidates

1. Diploma in Social Work.
2. Full driving licence and access to a car.

OR

Unqualified Candidates

1. 3 years full time experience of doing casework with vulnerable young people within the last 5 years.
2. 2 years full time experience of assessment and risk management.
3. Full driving licence and access to a car.
