The purpose of the project mentor is to provide mentoring support services to

1. Individuals and groups of young people under 25 years who have made grant applications to and/or are in receipt of a grant through The Big Deal Small Grants Programme.
2. Individuals and groups of young people under 25 and/or groups and organisations working with the target group who have expressed an interest in and/or that have benefited from The Big Deal Strategic Programme.

Each case is different, but the work of Mentors is professional and will be planned to meet the needs of the individual, group or organisation.
