This post is managed in partnership between An Munia Tober and Save The Children, and represents the shared commitment of both organisations to achieving improved educational outcomes for traveller children and young people.

The post holder will be employed under An Munia Tober's terms and conditions and will be contractually accountable to An Munia Tober, although direction, work planning, support and supervision will be provided jointly by both organisations as part of formal partnership arrangements.

1. A third level qualification in an area such as education or social policy.
2. A thorough knowledge of how current education policy and practice impacts on marginalised children and young people.
3. The ability to lobby for change effectively at strategic and local levels.
