Training and Development Coordinator (Job Ref: AS307/09/08)

(Full-time for 37.5 hours per week inclusive of meal breaks on a 3 year fixed term contract)
Salary Scale: Grade 5, currently £20,882 rising to 29,212 per annum (Subject to Review)

Essential Criteria

• A minimum of NVQ Level 4 in Learning and Development or related subject at an equivalent level.
• Relevant qualification at diploma level or above and relevant management training experience.
• A minimum of 3 years experience of working with offenders in a training and development field which must include a minimum of 1 year relevant management experience (e.g. - managing staff, managing function, managing resources, etc.)
