Hours: (37 hours per week)
Salary: £21,000

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Implementation of Reconciliation Project
• Establishing victims and families drop in facility
• Design and deliver personal development plans and life skills training courses with victims and their families
• Assist participants develop personal progression plans

Specific Responsibilities

• Organise a series of workshops to be held locally as part of the networking events to encourage community dialogue
• Provide confidential one to one support for participants
• Develop and maintain new and existing relationships on a formal and informal basis with key influencers and other bodies within the local and wider communities
• Pro-actively encouraging and supporting communities to explore new and innovative methods for establishing good relations with others
• Establish a recognised point of contact for the community and others to address potential conflict solutions
• To undertake, compile, interpret and disseminate information for the benefit of the community
• To compile monthly progress reports to management committee
• Any other duties as required within the remit of this post
