Secondment opportunity fixed term of 10 months.
Funding arrangements: £26,067 which will be met by NICVA. This figure will be subject to NJC cost of living award which has not yet been agreed (the figure includes gross salary costs and any admin charges from the successful individual’s parent organisation) NICVA will also cover any employer’s and National Insurance costs which will be additional to the above figure.

1 To provide NICVA internally and the voluntary sector externally with support, guidance, information advice and training on Human Resource issues which are consistent with good practice and employment legislation.
2 To support NICVA’s premises needs including the implementation of health & safety legislation and policies and the provision of general services.

The Candidate Proforma will be subject to a short listing process, and those candidates who meet the criteria will be invited for an interview. NICVA will liaise with the successful candidate and their parent organisation to discuss the details and terms of the secondment. If all parties are in agreement the secondment will be confirmed. If you have a disability which precludes you from any part of the selection process please contact the Human Resources office for alternative arrangements and/or reasonable adjustments to be made to the application or interview process.
