Connswater Homes is a forward thinking and service orientated registered housing association operating throughout the province.
The successful candidate will be part of the senior management team reporting to the Chief Executive and contributing to the achievement of the Association’s business goals. With the assistance of a Housing Officer, he or she will have responsibility for the management of all of the Association’s housing stock.
Holding a relevant 3rd level qualification and 3 years experience or 5+ years experience, the successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player, have excellent communication and organisational skills and a proven track record in tenancy management.
Salary Scale: £26,187 - £33,315 (pay award pending)
Location: Belfast
