2 x Part-time Facilitators are required for the Arts Learning Link Project - NI (1 x North & West, 1 x South & East)

Contract: Two year fixed term.

Hours: 18 hrs/wk.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 pro rata depending on experience.

Main duties: To plan and ensure delivery of open learning surgeries and evening training sessions to local voluntary arts groups and provide support to participants as they apply their learning to their own situation.

Among other things, successful applicants will need:

1. Knowledge of facilitating learning;
2. Ability to manage a varied work load;
3. Strong organisational skills; and
4. Ideally knowledge of two or more topics to be covered: Governance, Funding; People Management; Planning and Marketing.

The post involves working from home and travelling across a number of council areas.
