Autism Initiatives are an established organisation that primarily meets the needs of people with Autism, their families and carers. In our supported living home in Lisburn we require staff to support service users to lead independent fulfilled lives within a community setting.

Senior Support Worker
Salary: £15,318.36 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Highfields Grove, Lisburn
Worktime: Rota System
Relevant experience working in a support team. Knowledge of Care and Support plans.
We will give you commitment to your ongoing training and development including NVQ's. The option to join our contributory pension scheme.
