Diversity Works is a partnership funded by EQUAL with Disability Action as the lead partner. Diversity Works aims to develop a diversity management process that fits easily within existing local, national and European quality management excellence models for use in different employment sectors in Northern Ireland.
We wish to appoint to the following positions:
PROGRAMME MANAGER Ref PMDW/04
The post holder will have responsibility for developing and managing all aspects of the Diversity Works Project. S/he will also be responsible for the management of staff and other resources within the project. The post holder will manage the development of a diversity management process for use in different employment sectors in Northern Ireland.
Candidates must have:
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £18,404 to £23,814 (under review)
This programme will commence in May 2005 and will run until December 2007. All of the above posts will be located in Disability Action’s Belfast Office.
