Purpose of post
To provide accredited training to prepare new volunteers for the role of Helpline Volunteer.

Essential Requirements Include
Training qualification at NVQ 3 or equivalent
At least two years experience in the last five years of delivering and assessing accredited training programes
Experience of providing counselling or support to clients
Knowledge of issues affecting family life including child development and parenting

This regional post requires the post-holder to be able to travel throughout Northern Ireland.

Salary - £8345 per annum/£10.03 per hours
Hours - 16 hours per week
Holidays - 48 flexible hours per annum, plus 25-27 fixed days when the office is closed (includes
customary holidays)
