Setting standards in advice provision. Citizens Advice is the largest advice agency in Northern Ireland dealing with some 220,000 enquiries a year via a computerised network of 28 main offices and 100 other outlets across Northern Ireland.
National Minimum Wage Project Supervisor (Ref: NMW/04)
One year fixed term contract (with the possibility of renewal)
Salary Scales: £19,185, £19,824, £20,469
The salary is NJC Scale 6
Essential qualifications include ‘A’ level standard of education, a minimum of one years recent experience in project management, advice provision and networking within the voluntary sector. Candidates should also be able to demonstrate recent experience of using electronic information and case recording systems, as well as the ability to produce statistics, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
