With the support of funding from the EU Programme for Peace and Reconciliation we wish to recruit:

Associate Practitioners Ref. 04/011

A team of at least 15 experienced mediators to join our Associate Practitioners team in delivering our services over the coming years.

Engaged on a sessional basis (£105.00 per day + agreed expenses) they will benefit from our full training and development programme.

Key responsibilities include delivery of mediation, facilitation, negotiation services, dispute intervention and / or support for good relations, as well as keeping of appropriate records and files and adherence to organisational policies and good practices.

These posts are funded under Measure 2:1 Reconciliation for Sustainable Peace, implemented by the Community Relations Council.
