With the support of funding from the International Fund for Ireland Community Bridges Programme we wish to recruit:

DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (SERVICES) Ref 04/010

Job purpose: To assist Mediation Northern Ireland to develop and implement policies, procedures and practices that ensure the highest standard of service delivery.

Salary Scale: Mediation Northern Ireland Salary scale points 160 to 173 and a 6% pension contribution.Commencing at MNI Point 160 (currently £22296.00)

Essential Criteria Includes:

• at least three years experience in service development
• experience and understanding of Community Relations and peace building and how mediation fits into this
• experience of taking and managing referrals
• experience of monitoring and evaluation procedures
• experience of the development of organisational systems
• experience of policy development
