Experienced Trainer/practice teacher required for a permanent post in the Organisation’s Training Team, to be based in Central Office, Lisburn Road, Belfast.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Professional qualification in Social Work
• Practice Teacher’s Award
• Experience in supervision of staff and/or students
• Full valid driving licence and access to own transport on appointment
• Experience of learning disability/mental health would be an advantage
• Experience/qualification in NVQ desirable.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week and may include unsociable hours.
Salary is based on NJC Scale Pts 32 – 38: £23,358 - £27,420 per annum.
Starting salary will be commensurate with number of years qualified.

Secondment would be considered.

If a disability precludes an individual from holding a driver’s licence for the above posts, it should be stated how they can meet the mobility requirement of the post.

A contributory pension scheme is available. Sleep-in allowance £28.44 per night.
