We require a Programme Coordinator who will contribute to the planning and deliverary of Save the Children's Northern Ireland Programme, providing a range of support and expertise to our work with community, voluntary and statutory sector partners.
With at least three years experience in community development, youth work or related field, you must be able to demonstrate strong skills in developing rights-based projects and supporting community groups and children.
Experience in one or more of the following areas may be an advantage:
Bullying, Early Years, Disability Rights, Minority Ethnic Issues, Anti-Poverty work. More generally a sound knowledge of social policy and legislative frameworks in relation to children's rights is essential.
You will need to demonstrate commitment to the aims of Save the Children and its Equal Opportunities and Child Protection policies. A current, full driving licence and use of a car are also required.
