Route 14-25 Project Coordinator
Initially, one year fixed term contract
Circa £26,000 pa

The Prince’s Trust requires a Coordinator to develop a new initiative focusing on the needs of young people leaving care within the Eastern Health and Social Services Board area. Key elements of the project will involve establishing partnerships with statutory and voluntary agencies, profiling and assessing young care leavers referred to the project, signposting to appropriate Prince’s Trust and/or external programmes and collating data to assist in interagency planning.

Candidates must have at least three years experience in a youth / community development or social work role, experience of working in partnership and of project development. They will have an understanding of youth provision and issues for care leavers and will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
