The overall aim of this role is to ensure that there is an adequate number of trained and motivated mentors to work with those young entrepreneurs who have been funded by The Princes Trust.
The Mentor Development Officer will be responsible for the recruitment, retention, ongoing support and development of volunteer mentors with particular emphasis being paid to development.
Applicants must have project management skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, the ability to work with people at all levels across The Princes Trust and external organisations, and the ability to present and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
