The Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education wishes to appoint:
(RE-ADVERTISEMENT) SECRETARY (3 year, part-time post – 17.5 hours per week
Half day Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
To provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support service to the Professional Development Project Officer. In addition, to work as part of an administration team providing administration support to all NICIE staff as the need arises.
Essential criteria:
• Minimum of 2 year’s relevant experience
• Be able to demonstrate experience and competence in typing/word-processing
• 4 GCSEs (including English Language) at Grade C or above, or equivalent
• Experience of Windows environment
Desirable criteria:
• RSA Stage 2 Typing/Word Processing or equivalent
• An understanding of the aims of Integrated Education
• Good Organisational skills
Salary is on NJC scale points 11 – 13 (£13,854 - £14,523) pro rata (Cost of living award pending).
