We are looking for an Advisor to join a dedicated team of Advice Workers.
  • You must have demonstrable experience in supporting individuals by giving advice and have an up-to-date knowledge and awareness of the benefits system, community care, housing and other issues affecting older people.
  • You will have excellent communication skills and experience in maintaining computerised information systems.
  • Experience of providing advice over the telephone is also desirable.
