The Employment Services Manager will be responsible for the management, coordination and delivery of rehabilitative training and supported employment services in Co. Tyrone, Derry and Donegal to ensure that the highest quality provision possible is made available to people with a learning disability. The successful applicant will be pro-active in identifying opportunities for the advancement of services and be able to demonstrate an ability to convert opportunities into tangible services. He/She will have an understanding of the funding climate in which the voluntary sector operates and have experience of constructing projects and applying for support funding.
