The Project worker is specifically responsible for assisting in the promotion, consolidation, development and sustaining Good Relations within the area of inner North Belfast with a particular emphasis on trust and empowerment and mutual respect.

Essential Criteria:

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualification/Training in community development
• At least three years experience of community development
• At least three years experience of promoting good relations in areas of civil conflict

• Good inter-personal and social skills
