The Programme Officer will be responsible for the implementation of the Maximising Community Space (Rural halls) programme.

• Relevant Degree or 4 years relevant experience.
• 2 years relevant experience of community based projects and programmes involving faciliation skills, training needs analysis, development/mentoring support, project assessment, financial management of projects, management of multiple projects, liaising and working in partnership with other agencies and monitoring and evaluation.
• Access to transport is essential.
