Family and Youth Work Manager (maternity cover)
Salary: £15,666 - £17,226 for 24.5 hours

We are seeking to recruit a project manager with substantial youth work experience, to ensure the successful implementation of our services and support to young people, their families and carers.

With a minimum of three years experience, you will have a recognised youth or social work qualification and experience of managing staff and volunteers.

You should have excellent communication and IT skills, with experience of maintaining financial records.

Temporary Volunteer Development Manager (12 months contract)
Salary: £17,904 - £19,687 for 28 hours

Do you have substantial experience of motivating people individually and in groups?

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to develop our branches, volunteers and networks.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with first class communication skills and knowledge of good practice in the support, training and management of volunteers, committees and membership.

We are serious about improving the support we give to our volunteers and branch network to enable them to work effectively with people with arthritis across Northern Ireland.

The post holders will be required to travel within the region and other parts of the UK.
