The Creating Change Project aims to build the capacity of organisations that are involved in Peace and Reconciliation work supported under PeaceII in order to maximise the impact of that funding. The Development Officer will lead this development. The Development Officer will be responsible for ensuring that high quality learning and mentoring provision is made available to the project participants. S/he will also ensure that the programme is coordinated effectively with other aspects of the Workers' Educational Association educational programme.

Salary: £22,287 plus car allowance £1,484
Pension: Final Salary Scheme.
Holidays: 30 days per year, plus 11 statutory and 3 additional days at Christmas.
