The Consumer Council is the leading consumer body for Northern Ireland. Our key aim is to make the consumer voice heard and make it count. Your skills will be used in a challenging, motivating and rewarding environment.
We are looking for someone who will contribute to consumer support and complaint handling matters related to energy, transport, water and related utility issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing the Consumer Council’s complaint handling operation and consumer support within the Consumer Support Section.
You must be educated to degree standard, or equivalent, and have one year’s relevant experience managing/supervising the work of others; OR a minimum of three A-Level passes, or equivalent, with three years’ relevant experience managing/ supervising the work of others.
