Director
Salary range - £33,000 - £38,000 (NJC Points 43 - 49) salary under review

Applicants must hold a degree or equivalent third level qualification with five years experience at senior level in management and organisational development.

Proven skills in areas of community development, rural development, leadership, policy change, financial planning, accountability of the organisation, human resource management and contract management are essential as is an awareness of legal and policy issues relevant to community and voluntary organisations.
