The role of the Development Worker will be to provide practical services that encourage and enable parenting and family support service providers to implement and meet the National Occupational Standards of Working with Parents and assist with the development of related vocational qualifications.

Essential Requirements Include

1. CIPD Certificate Qualification or NVQ Level 3 relating to training and development.
2. At least 3 years experience in the field of training and development.
3. At least 1 year's experience of using or implementing standards.
4. Knowledge of qualification structures and frameworks.

Hours - 37 hours per week
Salary - £23,307
