First Housing invite applicants for the position of Tenancy Support/Viewing Officer, based in our Smartmove Offices, Antrim Road, Belfast.

Salary £16,387 per annum.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that clients accommodated by the Smartmove Scheme receive an effective housing management and support service.

Essential Criteria

1. Good working knowledge of social housing legislation.
2. At least one year's recent experience of working in a supported housing environment.
3. Working knowledge of welfare benefits system.

Desirable Criteria

1. A relevant professional qualification or degree in a Housing or related field.
