Salary C£28,000-£30,000 per annum
Full time 35 hours per week - Permanent - Belfast
As the Country's older population continues to expand, Help the Aged's work is increasingly growing in scale, importance and profile. This role gives you the chance to manage a wide range of the interesting projects and partnerships we are running in Northern Ireland - such as the Changing Ageing Partnership (which aims to build a louder and stronger voice of Older People) and Elder Abuse, which is highlighting abuse and mistreatment of older people. The projects are all time limited, so you can also make a big impact by investigating and identifying new project opportunities that can directly improve the welfare of older people.
This remit calls for proven skills in project, budget and people management, in either the voluntary, public or private sector. You will be adept at collaborative working and getting the most from partnerships. Full of ideas and initiative, you will also be keen to contribute to the rapidly developing work of our professional, yet friendly Policy, Research and Communications Team.
