The main role of the Monitoring & Evaluation Officer is to take the lead in the monitoring & evaluation of RDC programmes.
A relevant degree or 4 years relevant experience is essential. Two years experience in implementation, monitoring, evaluation and closure of EU (or equivalent) funded projects/programmes is essential.
Access to transport is essential.
