We are a progressive user – friendly organisation providing a range of support services for vulnerable young people 16 – 25.

Post: Project Worker – Supported Housing Service (12 months maternity cover)
The Housing Service provides supported accommodation, in the South and East Belfast area, for young people leaving care aged 16 – 21 years old. Young people living in the Service are supported to make the transition from Care to interdependent living. The post holder will be responsible for providing holistic support to young people living in the Housing Service.

Essential criteria:

• Degree in Social Work or Youth and Community Work

or

• 2 years full time casework experience with vulnerable young people within the last 5 years
• A full driving licence and access to a car is essential

Hours of employment: 35 hours/week. Some evening, weekend and On Call work will be required.

Salary: £18,039 - £21,654 and pension at 4% of salary.
