The Board of Directors seek to appoint a Chairperson with sound governance and business expertise. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in an innovative project with potential to develop business initiatives that will support social objectives.
The key functions of the Chairperson are to give leadership to the Directors, to manage and support the Chief Executive and to represent ADAPT at all levels.
It is anticipated the Chairperson will have
An interest in arts, culture, social inclusion and equality would be noteworthy.
Time commitment would be 1-2 days per quarter (max 8 per year).
This is an unsalaried position but reasonable travel and out of pocket expenses are met by ADAPT.
