To get the job staff must:

• Know what having a learning disability means and be able to work out what kind of help the person needs.
• Be able to read, write and do simple calculations.

(If people show us on their application they can do the above they will be interviewed for the job)

Staff will be required to do sleep-in duties and waking night shifts. For sleep-in duties an allowance of £30.75 per night is payable.
